I contest that Esther 8:9 is the longest verse in the Bible

I contest that Esther 8:9 is the longest verse in the Bible. The longest verse in the Bible in my opinion is John 3:16. It says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

If you understand and appreciate the verse from a personal point of view, you would realize that the “so” in it is sooooooooooooooooooooo…… long and endless such that it cuts across the past, the present and the future of man’s history and sojourn on planet earth.

Thats when you begin to ask about the what, where, when, which and who the next word “Loved” is really talking about.

It is only when you accept God’s Love that you’ll begin to Love him, and then the real picture becomes clear: I-Corinthians 2:9 says: “eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him”.

What could be better!
