Well, I woke that fateful morning oblivious of what the day holds. As usual I performed my morning ritual of praying to my God and then went about the day’s activities.vAs work progressed, patients were brought into the hospital, some alive but with ailing bodies and some dead! And then I wondered how short life can be, how cruel death can be and how unfair!
Now,let me get you thinking……imagine a man who had spent say 45 years on earth and just about when he thinks he had worked enough, built an estate, trained his children and saved for the rainy day……DEATH COMES HARD, knocks at the door, enters without being welcome and takes his prey away. He leaves the family confused and all gained seem lost and they wish they could exchange everything for life……cruel death.
Or come to think of it, a woman conceived a child, carried the child for nine months, gave birth to another president in the making, nurtured the child with all the love she can muster because she knows there are potentials in that child and then one day DEATH COMES HARD and the child is gone with unfulfilled dreams, mother’s hope dashed and a void left.….hmmm cruel death.
Well now if you and I don’t know when our life will end, methinks we should live life full, take chances, take risks, forgive all, forget the less important, love and love and love again, give as much as possible, laugh at the funny and silly things and above all we should remember that the end of our life here is the beginning of the next either you like it or not and where it will be depends on the life here.
Wish you and i all the best.
